1.损耗管控难

因为生鲜非标准化特性,损耗管控一直都比较难,在分拣过程中,难免会遇到分拣员随意扒皮、操作失误等行为。比如为了便于后期核算,将实际重达46.3斤的白菜私自抹零记录为46.0斤,这样日积月累,配送公司无形之中就损失了数万元,且老板查无所查。

2.分拣效率低
