痛点:

1.损耗管控难

因为生鲜非标准化特性,损耗管控一直都比较难,在分拣过程中,难免会遇到分拣员随意扒皮、操作失误等行为。比如为了便于后期核算,将实际重达46.3斤的白菜私自抹零记录为46.0斤,这样日积月累,配送公司无形之中就损失了数万元,且老板查无所查。

2.分拣效率低

客户订单经历打印-手工填单-再次录入电脑订单表-再次打印成发货单的过程,分拣员不仅要称重,还要一遍遍比对A4纸上每一个订单,分拣完一单打勾标记,无法专心做一件事,工作效率自然就低了。如果期间订单A4纸遗失、损毁的话,对分拣到一半的分拣人员来说简直是痛不勘言。

3.进度跟进难

客户对食材配送的时效性要求非常高,需要配送企业在指定时间前完成配送服务,这就需要管理人实施掌握订单分拣进度,方便及时安排配送车辆发货。传统的分拣方式,管理人需对接每一个分拣人员询问,不仅跟进效率非常低,且还会打断分拣工正常工作。

4.分拣出错率高

传统的生鲜分拣过程中,分拣工称重完毕后会将货物放入指定的客户框。因为分拣都是深夜作业,精神力集中度相对较低,放错框的事件时有发生,出库前再次核单也只能发现明显缺失的商品,无法再次核对商品重量,所以常常是送到客户手中,客户再次过称才会发现订单斤数不对,极易引发售后纠纷。

5.员工责任不明晰

Overview:

Narrow Belt Sorter (RKSORT-NBS) provides an efficient and reliable solution for sorting items of various sizes, such as parcels and cartons, especially for packages with lower impact requirements, such as fresh produce. The narrow belt sorter offers unique advantages in this regard.

The narrow belt sorter primarily consists of narrow belt carts, drive systems, machine frames, recognition systems, and communication systems. Multiple narrow belt carts are connected sequentially to form a long sorting line. The mainline conveying speed of the narrow belt sorter can reach up to 2.5 meters per second, with a sorting efficiency of up to 8000 items per hour. Narrow belt sorters are widely used in various operational scenarios such as postal and express delivery, e-commerce logistics, and supermarket distribution centers.

Strong Applicability

The narrow belt sorter adopts a linear layout, occupying a small footprint and exhibiting strong applicability. With the conveyor medium being narrow belt conveyors (with a width of only 174mm) and minimal gaps between adjacent belts (less than 30mm), the narrow belt sorter can simultaneously sort almost all common parcel sizes. It particularly excels in sorting foam boxes, fragile items, and oversized items (with lengths reaching up to 2 meters). There are few, if any, other devices that can match its capabilities for sorting oversized or overweight items.

Efficient Sorting

Sorted items do not require manual spacing, allowing for a compact arrangement. The narrow belt sorter automatically matches one or more narrow belt carts' movements based on the size of the items to be sorted, facilitating simultaneous sorting of items of varying sizes. With minimal inter-item spacing required, sorting efficiency can reach up to 8000 items per hour.

Advanced Technology

The mainline of the narrow belt sorter is driven by linear motors, while carts are driven by electric drum motors, with power supplied via sliding contacts and communication facilitated via infrared wireless. During sorting, instructions are sent from the infrared transceiver controller at the corresponding chute to the electric drum motor driver on the cart, which then controls the cart belt to perform the sorting action.

Utilizing modular design and assembly, even already operational equipment can be easily modified according to changing user requirements, such as by adding guides and carts to increase sorting chutes.
