Its working principle is similar to that of a belt conveyor, using a drive device to move the modular belt continuously, ensuring smooth and precise transportation of various items. Due to its lightweight, clean, and easy-to-integrate features, the modular belt conveyor is widely used in the food, pharmaceutical, electronics assembly, and mail sorting industries. Additionally, the modular belt conveyor can carry heavier loads, making it an ideal choice for applications where heavy or large items need to be moved laterally during transportation. RKCONV offers the following types of modular belt conveyors:

Flat Modular Conveyor

This is the most common form of modular belt conveyor, available in light, medium, and heavy-duty specifications.

Inclined Modular Conveyor

With the addition of attachments such as cleats and sidewalls, the inclined modular belt can achieve steep-angle conveying, saving space and improving efficiency.

Curved Modular Conveyor

The curved modular conveyor can be set to turn at angles of 30°, 45°, 60°, 90°, 180°, or any other desired angle. The turning radius can be custom-designed to fit specific plans, allowing for the creation of more complex conveying systems when integrated with other conveyor lines.
