痛点:

1.损耗管控难

因为生鲜非标准化特性,损耗管控一直都比较难,在分拣过程中,难免会遇到分拣员随意扒皮、操作失误等行为。比如为了便于后期核算,将实际重达46.3斤的白菜私自抹零记录为46.0斤,这样日积月累,配送公司无形之中就损失了数万元,且老板查无所查。

2.分拣效率低

客户订单经历打印-手工填单-再次录入电脑订单表-再次打印成发货单的过程,分拣员不仅要称重,还要一遍遍比对A4纸上每一个订单,分拣完一单打勾标记,无法专心做一件事,工作效率自然就低了。如果期间订单A4纸遗失、损毁的话,对分拣到一半的分拣人员来说简直是痛不勘言。

3.进度跟进难

客户对食材配送的时效性要求非常高,需要配送企业在指定时间前完成配送服务,这就需要管理人实施掌握订单分拣进度,方便及时安排配送车辆发货。传统的分拣方式,管理人需对接每一个分拣人员询问,不仅跟进效率非常低,且还会打断分拣工正常工作。

4.分拣出错率高

传统的生鲜分拣过程中,分拣工称重完毕后会将货物放入指定的客户框。因为分拣都是深夜作业,精神力集中度相对较低,放错框的事件时有发生,出库前再次核单也只能发现明显缺失的商品,无法再次核对商品重量,所以常常是送到客户手中,客户再次过称才会发现订单斤数不对,极易引发售后纠纷。

Overview:

Cross belt sorter (RKSORT-CBS) provides a reliable solution for efficiently sorting items of various sizes, such as parcels and cartons. The cross belt sorter consists of tracks, carts, cart belts, recognition systems, communication systems, and other components. The carts are connected end-to-end on the track and move in parallel to form the mainline. The mainline intersects with the belts on the carts, hence the name "Cross Belt Sorter." During operation, items to be sorted are placed on the cart belts manually or automatically. When the carts reach the sorting destination, the control system sends a signal to drive the belts, completing the task of sorting and sending out the items.

Depending on the layout, cross belt sorters are categorized into circular and linear types. Circular cross belt sorters feature a flat circular layout, with a mainline speed of up to 2 meters per second and a sorting efficiency of 22,000 items per hour. Linear cross belt sorters have a linear layout, with a mainline speed of up to 1.5 meters per second and a sorting efficiency of 8,000 items per hour. Cross belt sorters are widely used in various sorting facilities requiring high efficiency, multiple sorting directions, and strict space requirements, such as express delivery, e-commerce, clothing, food, cosmetics, airports, and pharmaceuticals.

Dual-Cart Linkage Technology

RKSORT's intelligent recognition technology and program algorithms enable the simultaneous transport and sorting of small parcels by one cart and large parcels by two carts into sorting chutes. This application allows users to handle parcels up to 1.2 meters in length without compromising sorting efficiency or increasing costs, significantly expanding the equipment's application scope.

Automatic Routing of Faulty Carts to Maintenance Stations

When a cart requires maintenance, users can initiate maintenance commands for that specific cart through the operating interface. The cart will automatically travel to a designated maintenance station, eliminating the need for manual locating and improving equipment maintenance efficiency.
